Winter's Blood: Chapter 7Winter's Blood: Chapter 7 by RisingPhoenix89
When my howl was spent and I looked back down at Abigail, she was smiling at me with a positively radiant expression. For a long time we were silent. I still couldn’t think of a single thing to say to express myself further. Meanwhile, Abby simply stood there gazing at me, as if there was no reason for her to speak at all. I noticed then that her arms were folded across her chest and she was trembling, sending a flash of concern through me
“Are you cold?” I asked, getting a feel for how my new mouth worked.
Abby burst out laughing and began hurriedly stripping out of her clothes. When she finished, she almost immediately shifted into her wolf form.
“I am anything but cold right now,” she told me with a feral grin.
I only half heard her.
Both Sides of Her HeartI didn't ask for this to be thrown at meBoth Sides of Her Heart by Russianbear09
I didn't ask for this role.
I was chosen to lead a pack,
But I can't lead myself.
I didn't ask to fall in love with two
And be torn apart by both.
I could never kill either,
Yet I know I must.
I didn't ask for pups
Or the life that I live.
I don't know if I would've chosen it
If I had the choice to.
I didn't ask for this,
But I have it none the less;
So I should spend what little time I have
Joyously with those I love.
For I love two males,
And I know both are great;
For I am told
From both sides of my heart.

After informing my family that I’d be going for a walk to think and that I didn’t know exactly when I’d be back, I grabbed my coat and left. My destination was the motel Abby and her family were staying. My goal was to try and persuade Peter to change his mind about turning the tables on Randall. The motel was on the opposite end of town from my parent’s house, so it would take me about two hours to walk there, but it made no difference to me. Indeed, with my new physical abilities, I could probably run the entire distance without stopping. I chose not to though; not only would it certainly attract the wrong kind of attention, but I needed to think, and walking was best for that.
I knew that if I wanted to stand any chance of changing Peter’s mind, I had to come up with an argument that would appeal to his nature as a werewolf and
The Memories of one WolfThe Memories of one Wolf by InaWolfsimage
Leaving only faint traces in her wake calloused pads landed silently upon the earthen floor as she was coming upon her destination. Her thickly pelted neck craned upwards as that leathery black nose sorted through the concoction of forest aromas. The sweet tang of freshly budding plants, the richness of the sheltered soil along with the tempting musk of bite sized prey. All of this and more filtered through her nares and was processed through her predatory mind. Triangular auditives stood high upon her timbered crown listening to the rustle the wind made as it caressed the woodlands, bringing with it the crisp essence of a winter storm approaching. The sun was well past it's peak when she had set out, now it was inching closer towards the mountains. Her bodice continued to weave betwixt the trees and over the rocks with an ethereal grace reserved only for gallant creatures. Muscles rippled underneath her dense coat that was a gleaming pattern of brown, black, gray, roan, and white with
